Comment on Placer County’s fee in-lieu studies

Placer County released Public Review Drafts of Affordable Housing Fee studies to establish the reasonable relationship between new residential and non-residential development and the demand created for additional affordable housing, as well as to determine the maximum justifiable affordable housing fees and present options for possible adoption of fees.
