Placer Community Foundation (Placer Housing Matters) and Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation (TTCF) are long-standing partners who support affordable housing initiatives. TTCF is behind Mountain Housing Council, an effort to accelerate solutions to local, achievable housing in Placer County, specific to Tahoe and Truckee. Their CEO Stacy Caldwell was recently featured in Truckee newspaper, Moonshine Ink:
